Some days, naming things is the hardest part.

One of the hardest things to do in business is to figure out who is who and who can make a decision. Another hard thing is taking action, right or wrong. It's easy to sit on problems. Particularly if it hasn't fallen completely apart yet.

I worked. If you call it that.

SuRu bought me lunch at Chinatown. It was one of those days where you name every place between work and an errand and finally choose one. We named...Delaware Subs, Wally Burger, that Chinese place across the street from Wally Burger, Mirabelle, Bert's Barbeque, El Arroyo, Kitchen Door ("is it still there?"), Mesa Hills Cafe, Lucky Dog, Cafe Mia, Mr. Gatti's. We ended up at Chinatown, eating lunch specials. SuRu bought because it was her errand. Afterward I picked up $299.61 worth of Australian dollars at my bank (which I'd ordered yesterday) while she went to her bank and got $300. We felt like we were doing a drug deal when she came back to get me, I with my envelope, she with a wad of twenties.

Australian dollars have a window in them. Really.

It was one of those days when it was sunny and warm but if you stood in the shade it was cool. Should have ditched work for a dog walk.

Have you noticed when you do a WEB search how much weird and ancient material comes up? I've also began to receive a lot of spam in my personal email. Spam I can't stop. I send the remove note and it comes back. Some don't even pretend to have a way to get off the list. No, I don't want to see how they think I should make money, save money, go bankrupt and I definitely am not interested in Japanese schoolgirls baring it all.

Zoot. A sax player, a dog, a restaurant. We've been working on ideas for their WEB presence. Good enough reason to dine there and take the digital camera and shoot pix of the food. John sent out some complimentary dumplings that were both very tasty and photogenic.

Tomorrow's a big day. Or not. It depends.
