dawn to dusk Or night really. Driving to Houston for work makes for a very long day. I don't recommend it as a commute. I was off at a quarter after six. I was back after nine-thirty. In between I had two meetings and two meals in the company cafeteria. And a Wild Cherry Pepsi and some snacks on the way home to keep me awake. I ate another meal after 10PM. A healthy Salmon with beets and fresh salsa. I am eating too much these days. When I travel, I eat too much. I'm fat. Sigh. Still I had to have the Wild Cherry Pepsi, Ritz Bits and lemon drops to get home. To keep from being a dead, fat person in a ditch on Hwy 71. And that, really, was my day. I'd intended for a long time to take vacation this week. Sigh.
