AUSTIN, Texas, April 30, 2004 — I walked about three or four miles.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 29, 2004 — Should have gone to the gym but didn't. My only exercise was running to answer the phone in my office a couple of times!

AUSTIN, Texas, April 28, 2004 — Stopped a little short on my reverse bicep curls because my right arm is still bothering me although it improves every day.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 27, 2004 — Should have done more. Just rode the bike and then did 75 crunches.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 23, 2004 — That ninety minutes of tennis was doubles and not all that much exercise. My right arm has a little tendonitis, though, and I felt sorry for myself and I wanted to get on with my cleanup so I didn't do anything else.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 22, 2004 — Stood around talking and didn't get after the workout until I was 'running a little late' in my own mind. Hence no weights or ab work or anything else. Sigh.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 17, 2004 — This doubles match wasn't much exercise. Unfortunately, that's all I did. Better than nothing, I suppose.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 17, 2004 — Two doubles matches, not very strenuous. (I made my partner chase down everything.) But I got a little dehydrated.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 16, 2004 — Doubles match, not very strenuous.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 15, 2004 — One hour lesson. Not very strenuous.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 7, 2004 — Three sets of doubles...but not very strenous.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 5, 2004 — Two hour tennis workout.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 1, 2004 — Didn't really complete the chest, etc. routine.
