yes you can drink too much

It really doesn't happen to me too often these days. But, yes, I got drunk.

There was this impression that we were sharing the bottles of wine we ordered. And we did a little. But not nearly enough. Then we went to another bar. I wasn't driving so why not have a Manhattan? Somewhere along the line I had another!

Yikes. When I got home I knew I'd made a mistake. I took two Advil. I went straight to bed. I felt drunk. Rarely do I drink enough to feel it let alone feel drunk.

"I will wake up with a hangover," I muse, falling asleep hard (not passing out, no sir). And I do.

JUST TYPING

Drinking.
Must pay attention.
To quantity.
Must have limits.
Usually I don't forget.
Sometimes I do.
Then must not drink for several days, proving I can stop!

Food Diary.

nothing but coffee

lunch

six slices of turkey bacon
an apple
a boiled egg

snacks

Time flies....

Someone came to touch up paint and then I got off to water aerobics. After water aerobics, I showered off and did a bit in the gym. At home I do some work on our taxes and decide they are ready to go to our CPA. We are going out and will need to be downtown at sixish. We go early and go to our CPA's office on South Congress. Booming thunder accompanies our discussion with her so we get in the car and head downtown in a deluge. We find parking and sit in the car waiting for the deluge to stop which it does. We are early enough at 219 West to listen to sound check and commandeer a good table and we order good wine and tasty food and enjoy the show and friends who show up. Then we go to Eddie V's bar and hang out there a bit. Then home to bed, a bit drunk.
